When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can confirm accommodations at the Masseria accordingly. We will send a formal invitation, confirming your attendance, room arrangements, and additional event details closer to the wedding.
Do I need to book a room at Masseria Calderisi?
No; we have reserved Masseria Calderisi and its 24 rooms for the entirety of the wedding weekend. Your accommodations will be covered from arrival on Thursday afternoon (10.2) through departure on Sunday morning (10.5). This includes breakfast and food/beverage at scheduled events. Final room arrangements will be confirmed closer to the trip.
Can I stay at Masseria Calderisi before or after?
Absolutely! To make a reservation at Masseria Calderisi, please email reservations@masseriacalderisi.com and mention our wedding. They have offered a 10% discount to guests staying before or after our events.
Where can I notate my dietary restrictions?
Masseria Calderisi will accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please be sure to note your needs/preferences when you RSVP on our website.
What is the dress code for the wedding + other events?
Welcome Dinner (10.2): Cocktail.
Wedding (10.3): Black Tie — dark suits/tuxes and floor length dresses preferred. Color is encouraged.
Pool Party (10.4): Swim attire.
When should I book my travel?
If you plan to extend your trip before or after the wedding, we recommend booking any Rome-related travel/accommodations ASAP. 2025 is considered a ‘Jubilee Year’ in Italy—a once-in-25-year event that brings an anticipated ~32 million visitors to Rome—which may significantly impact accommodation availability in Rome.
